Mark Gatiss Confirms His Status For ‘Game of Thrones’ Season 8

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”1487″ img_size=”1000×500″ alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded”][vc_column_text]The last time we saw Tycho Nestoris, of the Iron Bank, he was sitting in King’s Landing with Queen Cersei Lannister discussing the saleswords known as the Golden Company coming to aid Cersei in her fight against the Daenerys and Jon Snow.

Actor Mark Gatiss surprisingly didn’t hold anything back when asked if he will be appearing in the show’s final season, saying “I’m not in it, so I guess I survive. Although they might mention off-hand that I’ve had my head bitten off by a dragon off-screen or something.” If this is true, one could assume the Iron Bank will not be shown in season 8, as Tycho has been the representative of the powerful group since first appearing in season 3. That also raises the question of how Cersei will be getting the Golden Company, or if she will be getting them at all. Surely she won’t be able to fend off the armies of the Dothraki, Unsullied,  Wildlings, Dragons, and Northernfolk if she doesn’t get the Golden Company. Nonetheless, it’s great to hear some more Game of Thrones news regarding the highly anticipated season 8.

Do you believe Gatiss? Does Cersei have a chance without the Golden Company? Are you excited for Season 8? Let us know below in the comments![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
