Marvel’s ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania’ Casts William Jackson Harper

Lucky fans who attended this years Comic Con got the first look at Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. After a few months Marvel finally dropped the official trailer yesteday afternoon. With the trailer came our first look at Jonathan Majors as Kang the Conquerer. We also got first looks at Bill Murray and Kathryn Newton as Cassie. The trailer also gives us a deeper look into the Quantum Realm than we have ever experienced before.

After the trailer dropped we got word via Daniel Richtman that ‘The Good Place’ actor, William Jackson Harper has been cast in the film. While details of who is playing were kept secret, the report does say his character is “the leader of a rebel group inside the Quantum Realm that helps fight against Kang.” 

Who do you think William Jackson Harper might be playing? Could he just be the leader of a rebel group who wants to see the end of Kang’s rule? Or could he be a much more important chracter in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The film will take place mostly inside the Quantum Realm where we will see new worlds and be introduced to new characters such as Bill Murray’s Krylar and MODOK.

Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania will kick off a new phase for the MCU which will lead directly into two new Avengers films as we see Earth’s Mightiest Heroes face off against a villain who has time on his side.

The film opens in theaters February 17, 2023
