Variety tells that Abdul-Mateen will be joining Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss for the next installment in this popular franchise.
Reeves and Moss will reprise their roles and director Lana Wachowski is in to write and direct.
The plot details for the fourth Matrix are unknown and Abdul-Mateen’s role is also kept under wraps, but this is big news. Not only did he break out with his role as Manta in Aquaman, but he was also in Jordan Peele’s ‘Us’, and a recent episode of Black Mirror. You will be able to find him on the Watchmen series where he plays Cal Abar.
