Microsoft Flight Simulator Makes Its Reappearance For Xbox and PC

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_video link=”https://youtu.be/ReDDgFfWlS4″ align=”center”][vc_column_text]As my wife can tell you, I am a man of revolving interests. I will pick a subject or activity and give it my utmost attention for awhile, but eventually move on. Such was the case with Flight Simulators. When I am interested, I am very interested. Some of my favorites were the various versions of Microsoft Flight Simulator. I can honestly say I have crashed just about every plane known to aviation.

The reason this subject comes up is Microsoft has announced a new version of Microsoft Flight Simulator. This will be the first version since Flight Simulator X was released in 2006. Yep, that’s 13 years ago.  Needless to say their game has been stepped up in the intervening time away.  While it was a visually impressive game for its time, Microsoft is taking advantage of the current technological advancements. If the teaser trailer is any indication, it will be stunning (as can be seen above).

The other new approach for Microsoft’s venerable title will be its inclusion as an X-Box title in a addition to the the PC version. This will mark the first time that Flight Simulator will not be PC centric. It will be available on X-Box Game Pass when it is released.

For you flight simulator fans, does the return of Microsoft Flight Simulator give you reason to break out your leather jacket and aviator style sunglasses? Would you be more likely to play it with it’s availability on X-Box? Share your flight simulator experiences with us here  at GVNation.
