One would be Jarek, who is a member of the Black Dragon crime syndicate – run by Kano. This news comes by HN Entertainment, who have gotten their hands on audition sides that include the two characters. The scenes are provided by HN Entertainment and could be considered spoilers, so look below at your own risk!
KANO: There he is now.
JAREK: Kano, you prick. How have you’ve been?
KANO: Jarek, longtime fuckwit.
JAREK: You didn’t tell me you were picking up tourists on the way.
ROLE #3: I just noticed they have matching tattoos, how adorable.
JAREK: Temple is to the north best to go on foot.
ROLE #3: Where are you taking us?
JAREK: Raiden’s temple.
ROLE #3: You said that was north, we’re walking south.
JAREK: *Whistles*
KANO: The fuck is this? You’re setting me up. We’re Black Dragon, mate.
JAREK: I’m Red Dragon now. You got a bounty on your head, Kano.
ROLE #3: Whoa, hang on. We want to kill this asshole as much as you do. Just let us walk.
JAREK: Kill ’em all.
It’s possible that the Black Dragon inclusion would support the report that Kabal will be in the movie. This has been previously suggested by ThatHashtagShow during their breakdowns of certain characters.
So far we have Ludi Lin as Liu Kang, Joe Taslim as Sub-Zeo, Tadanobu Asano as Raiden, Mehcad Brooks as Jax, and Stringer as Melina. The Mortal Kombat movie is supposed to come out March 5, 2021.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
