Did I care about their wrestling skills? Their finishing moves? Nope….I was in my teens. All I cared about was they were generally scantily clad. Apparently, NetFlix decided to tap into the short-lived phenomenon with some success as they are entering the third season of the Emmy nominated comedy GLOW.
Recently they released the trailer (above) for the third season which introduces Geena Davis, the Oscar and Golden Globe-winning actress to the cast. She will play Sandy Devereaux St. Clair, a former Las Vegas showgirl who’s now the entertainment director of the Fan-Tan Hotel and Casino. This is the casino that the GLOW ladies have settled in for this season. Just as you would expect, eventually the Vegas life starts to wear on the girls for different reasons.
