We have our complete lineup for this year’s Home Run Derby. All-Star weekend is set to take place in Philadelphia, with Netflix streaming the Derby for the first time ever on July 13. This group of hitters is a balance of fresh faces along with some hometown guys ready to put on the show. We share with you who will be in the Derby along with who we are predicting to win the entire thing.
In the first year Netflix is hosting the Home Run Derby, a few changes were made to the rules, and I love them. In round one batters will get 20 swings, and the top four with the most homers will move on to round two. For round two, the batters will get 15 swings, and the winner of the head-to-head matchups will face off in the finals. The finals will have the same rules as round two with 15 swings apiece.
Who is playing in Netflix’s Home Run Derby?
The Derby field is led by two Phillies representing the team at their home field, Citizens Bank Park. The current home run leader in Major League Baseball, Kyle Schwarber, and 2018 Home Run Derby winner Bryce Harper are both set to put on a show for the home crowd. Last year’s runner-up, Junior Caminero of the Tampa Bay Rays, hopes to win it all in his second time participating. Take a look at the full lineup below.

Who will win the 2026 Home Run Derby?
I am sure most of the readers are expecting me to go with one of the two Phillies because I am a massive fan. While I do think that Schwarber will make it to round two, I do think that we will have a few surprises in the Derby. Here is how I see the final four shaping up with Kyle Schwarber, Wilson Contreras, Junior Caminero, and Munetaka Murakami.
From here, give me Munetaka Murakami vs. Junior Caminero in the finals with Murakami winning the Home Run Derby. Caminero comes up short in his second try, and Murakami wins in his first-ever derby.
