The principle photography had started in July and is based in Toronto. But now, we have a first set photos from the production released on Twitter.

Translated: Images from the set of the next series ‘JUPITER’S LEGACY’, based on the comic by Mark Millar and Frank Quitely, which will premiere on Netflix in 2020.
From these images, it appears that NetFlix is staying true to the look of some of the characters as Josh Duhamel’s Sheldon Sampson is show confronting someone dressed in purple and yellow. The identity of this character is not confirmed. However, it is possible that it could be the recently announced Jess Salgueiro as Shockwave. In any event, whoever they are, they’re rocking some major heels. Jupiter’s Legacy cast also includes Ben Daniels, Leslie Bibb, Elena Kampouris, Andrew Horton, Mike Wade, and Matt Lanter.
For those not familiar with Jupiter’s Legacy, Netflix’s official synopsis is below:
A multi-generational American superhero epic, Jupiter’s Legacy follows the world’s first generation of superheroes who received their powers in the 1930’s. In present day they are the revered elder guard, but their superpowered children struggle to live up to the legendary feats of their parents. Steven S. DeKnight (Marvel’s Daredevil, Spartacus, Buffy the Vampire Slayer), who recently signed an overall deal with Netflix, will serve as showrunner and executive producer, with Lorenzo di Bonaventura and Dan McDermott also serving as executive producers for the series. DeKnight will also direct the first episode.
