[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]We already know that Venom is not going to be your run of the mill cheeky, brightly colored superhero film. No matter how you feel about the upcoming project or what the tone the Eminem song sets for it, it’s going to be violent. In a new TV-spot, the video showcases Venom’s most violent tendencies and honestly, it looks awesome. While I love the MCU, it’s nice to have a Marvel character (I know he’s not technically in the MCU) that isn’t necessarily kid-friendly.
The film showcases Tom Hardy as Eddie Brock, a reporter who is apparently investigating something “very bad”. Throughout the course of the film, we’ll find out how he gets bonded with the symbiote. I love the aspect of the film that this bond at first essentially makes Brock go crazy and he’s hearing a voice within his head. It really pulls the idea together of “we are Venom”, as it’s not just one being that’s steering this ship.
