Nick Cutter’s The Troop to Be Adapted by James Wan Production Company

James Wan’s production company Atomic Monster has obtained the rights to Nick Cutter’s novel The Troop. This young adult book is about a group of teenagers who are on a remote camping trip. The group must fend for themselves after the adult chaperones are infected with an “otherworldly” aggressive virus.

While Atomic Monster has just obtained the right, a director has already been attached to the project. Cheap Thrills’ E.L. Katz will direct along with Noah Gardner and Aidan Fitzgerald. Atomic Monster, alongside JS Entertainment and Starlight Media; will produce.
