Back in 2016 when I purchased the Nintendo U for my Grandson for Christmas, the first game he asked for was Super Mario Maker. He made many courses as well as playing the ones already established. He has since moved on to other games and systems but every once in awhile he goes back to Super Mario Maker. With Nintendo Directs first arrival, they have went big with Super Mario Maker 2 as the announcement above shows. Super Mario Maker 2 is expected later this year.
