Paul Dano will reunite with Jake Gyllenhaal in Netflix’s upcoming thriller The Guilty. Peter Sarsgaard will also join the film alongside Riley Keough, Bill Burr, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, and Edi Patterson. Ethan Hawke and Beau Knapp will also star in the project – making for a big and talented cast.
The Guilty takes place within one morning in a 911 dispatch call center. Gyllenhaal plays call operator Joe Bayler who tries to save a caller in danger, but discovers this is not the average distress call. Nothing is as it seems.
Antoine Fuqua is directing the script from Nic Pizzolatto – who brought us True Detective.
