]The upcoming family movie Playmobil: The Movie has picked up quite a few well-known celebrities who will lend their voices for the feature. Anya Taylor-Joy, Gabriel Bateman, Daniel Radcliffe, Jim Gaffigan, and Meghan Trainor have all joined the film, with Trainer and Lambert set to sing original songs for Playmobil.

Following a recent trend, the movie will interchange animation with live-action and is based on the popular kids’ toy line. Due next year, the movie will follow siblings Charle (Bateman) and Marla (Taylor-Joy) as they go on a whacky adventure, which includes Marla searching for Charlie once Charlie mysteriously vanishes into the animated universe of Playmobil. According to Deadline, Marla will meet a few new friends along the way:

“Smooth-talking food truck driver Del (Gaffigan), dashing and charismatic secret agent Rex Dasher (Radcliffe), a wholehearted misfit robot and an extravagant fairy-godmother (Trainor). Lambert will voice the character of villain Emperor Maximus.”

What do you all think of this news? Are you excited about this movie?
