Possible Phase Four Details Leaked – Norman Osborn, Nova, Dark Avengers, Young Avengers and More

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”23734″ img_size=”900×450″ alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]What is next for Marvel? Spider-Man: Far From Home, not Avengers: Endgame; will wrap up the third Phase of the MCU. But, this isn’t the end for the Marvel Cinematic Universe. We have the fourth Phase to look forward to and while the studio remains hush-hush on their plans, the internet finds a way. Reported insider Roger Wardell has revealed a lot of information on the future of the MCU in an interview with Independent. While this might not play out exactly how we’re going to list it below, because this is all rumor-based; here’s what apparently Marvel has in store next. Spider-Man villain Norman Osborn is rumored to play a very significant part in the Marvel Universe going forward and is rumored to be hinted at in Spider-Man: Far From Home.

Black Widow

Wardell stated that Florence Pugh will play Yelena Belova and will essentially take up the mantle of the Black Widow from Scarlett Johansson’s Natasha Romanoff moving forward.

The Eternals

So far we have Angelina Jolie, Richard Madden, and Kumail Nanjinani penned for this upcoming team-up film. It’s also rumored Keanu Reeves is in talks of joining.

Black Panther 2

The sequel to the record-breaking film is a sure thing. According to Wardell, it will be politically charged and feature the Queen Divine Justice. According to Wardell as well, Michael B. Jordan’s Killmonger will return albeit in Wakanda’s Ancestral Plane.

Shang-Chi

It’s about time we get a Marvel feature film with an Asian lead. While not much is known about this Kung-fu hero’s solo film, we do know Dave Callaham is writing the script and Destin Daniel Cretton will direct. Casting is being worked on.[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”23738″ img_size=”628×386″ alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]

Doctor Strange 2

This was confirmed not too long ago and considering how popular Benedict Cumberbatch’s Stephen Strange has become in both Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame, it’s no wonder he’s gained a sequel to his original film. Scott Derrickson will return as the director.

Nova

This has been rumored for a while, especially with the introduction of the Nova Corps in Guardians of the Galaxy. In the comics, Nova is the remaining living member of the Corps. Considering we found out what happened to the Nova Corps in Infinity War, I’d say this plays along perfectly. And since he often is associated with the GotG, it sets up perfectly for the next one:

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3

This movie may have been in limbo due to James Gunn’s firing, but daddy is back, and ready to give us the third installment to this beloved franchise. We may very well have Nova pop up, as well as Chris Hemsworth’s Thor, since we saw the character take off with the Guardians at the end of Endgame.

Other Sequels

Wardell did state that we could also be looking at sequels to other films throughout the MCU that haven’t been considered yet. Maybe Ant-Man and the Wasp? Spider-Man? Captain Marvel? Thor 4? Please?

New Avengers Teams

Whether it be Young Avengers or Dark Avengers, we may very well, eventually see another Avengers team-up. While it seemed like Endgame might have been the end of the Avengers, it’s very possible that was just the end for certain characters such as Iron Man and Captain America.

Well, that was a lot of ground to cover. What do you think of these potential Phase 4 films and what would you like to see included?
