The second installment in Tom Holland’s venture as the friendly neighborhood hero will be the last chapter in Phase Three of the MCU. As fans, we always want to know what is next.
The question is, will director Jon Watts return for a third movie? He is the man behind Spider-Man: Homecoming and returned for Far From Home. Will he also be around for a third installment?
When asked, Watts answered:
“It’s always at the back of my mind, but I try to stay focused on one movie at a time.”
Homecoming was a huge success for Marvel and Far From Home looks to follow in those footsteps. In Far From Home, we will see Peter returning to somewhat normal life after the events of Endgame. He will deal with the loss of his mentor Tony Stark, his crush on MJ, and a new mysterious ally, Jake Gyllenhaal’s Mysterio.
