With the release of the Wreck it Ralph sequel over the holiday weekend, we know Ralph broke the Internet, but apparently, he is also getting ready to break the box office…at least where the Thanksgiving holiday is concerned. Ralph Breaks the Internet is currently on pace for $85-90 million over the five-day weekend. With just a little bit more, it would break the record of Frozen’s five-day total which was $93.6 million.

This is pretty heady stuff for the sequel as the original film Wreck-It Ralph opened in 2012 to $49 million over three days and took in $189 million in total at the domestic box office and $471 million worldwide. If the opening is any indication, it would go to follow that it will eclipse that number when all is said and done.

Have you went to see Ralph Breaks the Internet yet? If so, besides contributing to the  box office numbers, what did you think about the film and if not, do you plan to? Share your thoughts with us at GVNation.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
