Fans of Syfy’s Resident Alien waited anxiously to see if their favorite Alan Tudyk-led alien adventure was going to get renewed for a fourth season or not. While the third season ended early April, there was little to no information as to whether or not the adventure would continue.
Now, we’re getting our answer. Not only will Resident Alien return for a fourth season, but it’s switching networks. Goodbye, Syfy, and hello USA Network. This change comes with the intention of exposing “the show to a broader audience”. Syfy shows are always tiny, but mighty, but sometimes only diehard fans know to look to Syfy for their favorite shows. With Resident Alien gaining popularity with Netflix, it was time to expand their horizons.
On top of starring Tudyk as the main character, Resident Alien stars Sara Tomko, Corey Reynolds, Alice Wetterlund, Levi Fiehler, Elizabeth Bowen, Judah Prehn and Meredith Garretson.
