Richard E. Grant Details His Role And Star Wars IX Plot (If You Could Read Lips)

Hey fan’s, want to know who actor Richard E. Grant is the playing in Star Wars: Episode IX? Well you’ll have to learn to read lips and then try to make them actually be saying something. That was the task given to Yahoo! when they asked Grant about the details of his role in the wrap up of the Skywalker saga. He humored the questions by confirming his role and the plot of the film…but only by moving his lips without really saying anything.

Although Grant was short on details, he did express his excitement in being a part of the Star Wars family:

I saw the first one when I was a drama student in 1977, So if you told me then that I would be in a movie, which seemed absolutely beyond the realm of possiblity, and that, four decades later, I would actually be in the ninth, sort of final one of the whole arc of it, I would have said that you were either on drugs or certifiable. So I’m astonished that I’m in it.

Who do you think Richard E. Grant might be in the last of the Skywalker saga? According to Grant it won’t be the character that many fans believed he might portray, that being Grand Admiral Thrawn. Who then? Share your opinions with us at GVNation. Oh, and none of those Jedi Mind tricks.
