RLJE Films has announced that they will be releasing Shudder’s original horror film Blood Quantum from writer and director Jeff Barnaby (Rhymes for Young Ghouls) on Blu-Ray, VOD, Digital HD and DVD on September 1, 2020. The gory thriller stars stars Michael Greyeyes (Fear the Walking Dead, True Detective), Forrest Goodluck (The Revenant), Kiowa Gordon (Twilight franchise), and Elle-Máijá Tailfeathers (The Body Remembers When the World Broke Open).
Synopsis: In BLOOD QUANTUM, the indigenous people in the isolated reserve of Red Crow are immune to the zombie plague that has taken over the nation, but that doesn’t mean their lives aren’t at risk. It’s up to Traylor (Michael Greyeyes, “Fear the Walking Dead”), the tribal sheriff, to protect the families residing on the reserve and a flood of desperate refugees from the hordes of bloodthirsty, walking white corpses that are closing in.
Dillon is most comfortable sitting around in a theatre all day watching both big budget and independent movies.
