These come as rumors, but it seems like characters like Tiger-Claw, Razor-Fist, Ghostmaker, and Moving Shadow will be featured in the upcoming MCU movie. While the main villain for Shang-Chi will be Tony Leung’s The Mandarin, Simu Liu’s Shang-Chi might face off against the others in a “Bloodsport-style fight tournament”. This rumor comes from MCUCosmic’s Jeremy Conrad.
All four antagonists formally first appeared in an issue of Master of Kung Fu. Tiger-Claw has run into The Mandarin many times and Razor-Fist has had three different characters wear the mantle. It seems that Kevin Feige, if the rumor is true; does not want to exclude anyone and wants to involve plenty of Shang-Chi mythos in the first Asian American superhero movie.
