Those of us who have reached a certain…maturity as far as our looks go, look back at old pictures with a wistful eye, wishing to perhaps to go back to looking as we did. Apparently, Marvel has that all figured out as they have been de-aging some of their characters/actors in a number of different films. Michael Douglas, Michelle Pfeiffer, Robert Downey Jr., all have had their ages backtracked in scenes making them look years younger.
However, with the new Captain Marvel movie, Marvel has went even further by taking the character of Nick Fury and de-aging him for the entire movie. From his reaction, Samuel L. Jackson approves. He said as much in this recent Instagram post:
This younger version of Fury comes complete with both eyes. This of course means that this takes place before someone he trusted cost him an eye. Will this event transpire during the movie?
