Ramirez may return as Kat Sandoval in a guest appearance, but that is about it. Ramirez landed the role after ten years of being on Grey’s Anatomy. Ramirez joined when Bebe Neuwirth departed the series suddenly as Nadine Tolliver.
Kat Sandoval was well-known for her talent in D.C., as well as abruptly dropping out of politics. That was unto Tea Leoni’s Elizabeth convinced her to come back. How they will explain the character’s departure, we will just have to see.
As far as those returning, Tim Daly, Zeljko Ivanek, Keith Carradine, Sebastian Arcelus, Patina Miller, Geoffrey Arend, Erich Bergen, Kathrine Herzer, Wallis Currie-Wood and Evan Roe will be joining Leoni.
Look out for season six to begin in October!
