In a new interview with IGN, actor Tom Holland says filming on his Uncharted film will begin in four weeks. That put its just outside the reported filming date of March 2 but filming still looks to happen in Spain and Berlin. Holland also says the movie draws a lot of inspiration from Uncharted 4 which happens to be one of his favorite games.
“We start shooting in like four weeks. Mark Wahlberg is going to be amazing as Sully, the stunt department that we have out there in Berlin have done an amazing job already prepping the stunts, and it’s gonna be an exciting one.”
“There’s definitely a lot of inspiration that’s come from the games, but it’s a very young, fresh take on the character, because obviously we didn’t get to meet him all that much when he was younger,” Holland added. “But it’s a pretty awesome movie, and it’s global, we travel the world. We see some amazing places. And Mark Wahlberg and I are gonna have a great summer together.”

Finally! Uncharted is finally going to happen, it only took a million years! I know many people have a problem with Tom Holland being Nathan Drake, but for me, this is great news and to hear that he has played Uncharted 4 is music to my ears.
