‘Spider-Man: Far From Home’ Cast Now in Venice, Italy

True to its name, Spider-Man: Far From Home will feature its star Peter Parker and his friends getting into all kinds of shenanigans away from the comfort of New York City. Tom Holland and co. have been filming all over Europe and the latest stop seems to be Venice, Italy. Holland posted on Instagram him and Zendaya and Jacob Batalan, who are reprising their roles as MJ and Ned. It looks like the three are enjoying a ride on a gondola and whether this is the three stars enjoying some R&R in between shoots or we’ll actually see Peter, MJ, and Ned traveling through the channels of Venice remains to be seen.

Either way, this is going to be an adventure from what it looks like. Not only will we have to see how Peter is brought back in Avengers 4, after being turned to ash in Infinity War; but there seems to be no rest for the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man. Not only will Michael Keaton be reprising his villainous role as Vulture, but we possibly have Jake Gyllenhaal coming on board as Mysterio, along with several other villains. Luckily, Parker will be joined by Agent Maria Hill and Nick Fury, who will hopefully help guide the young superman through challenges that may arise.

Spider-Man: Far From Home will hit theaters on July 5, 2019.
