‘Swamp Thing’ Has Found It’s Pilot Director

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Swamp Thing is coming to DC Universe and in a previous article, we gave you some insight on what viewers can expect from the upcoming series. Now we are finding out that Swamp Thing may have found its director. Len Wiseman, known best for directing the Underworld films; is being eyed to direct the pilot episode, which would begin filming this Fall in Wilmington, North Carolina.

The story will center around Abby Arcane, whose investigation into Louisiana turns out to have a terrifying twist. We don’t yet have any casting announcements, so we will keep you in the loop as we find out more. Swamp Thing is co-written by Mark Verheiden and Gary Dauberman. James Wan will be the executive producer, who many would like to direct the series as he has experience in the horror arena, but his previous commitment to Aquaman would serve as a conflict in scheduling.
