Temuera Morrison To Play Boba Fett in The Mandalorian Season Two

Everyone knows Boba Fett. In 2002’s Star Wars: Attack of the Clones, we were introduced to Jango Fett. Boba’s father. Temuera Morrison played Jango in the Star Wars prequel film and apparently, he’s returning to a galaxy far,far away.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Morrison will appear in The Mandalorian Season two. Not as Jango Fett, but as the famed bounty hunter, Boba Fett. This popular character appeared in 1980’s Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back. Seemingly, he died in the 1983 Return of the Jedi. At the time, Jeremy Bulloch played the character.

Keep in mind, Boba will have a small role in the second season of the popular Disney+ series. The Mandalorian did and will star Pedro Pascal as Din Djarin aka Mando. The series has really explored the mythos of the Mandalorians and fans have been eagerly waiting for the show to return. I’m sure fans will be happy to even have a glimpse of Boba return to the Star Wars franchise.

Are you excited for The Mandalorian season 2?
