Thank You 20th Century Fox!

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”18396″ img_size=”800×450″ alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]I was one of those people that wanted the Fox-Disney merger to happen as Marvel Fan also as a film fan, but the fact that over 4,000 people might lose their jobs because of this merger, it is very heartbreaking.

From the bottom of my heart, I really want to thank the people that worked for 20th Century Fox for all the amazing films they have given us, the audience, over the years! May 31, 1935 – March 2o, 2019.

For this part, I will list off ten films that I loved over the years. I would appreciate if everyone did the same! But I have one rule; if you want to comment on someone’s list do not speak badly of their list or the person, I would like this to be a positive discussion so we can praise the good things we have gotten.

  1. The Planet of the Apes Trilogy (2011-2017)

  2. Deadpool 1 & 2 (2016-2018)

  3. Logan (2017)

  4. Kingsman (2014)

  5. Hidden Figures (2016)

  6. X-Men & X2 (2000-2003)

  7. The Martian (2015)

  8. Castaway (2000)

  9. Alien and Aliens (1979- 1986)

  10. Fantastic Mr. Fox (2009)

It is sad that many people are getting fired but there is no reason to be upset at Disney this is ultimately a business, but I will say this,

Disney has a lot of work ahead of themselves not only on Marvel but also for television and other movie properties. All we can do as fans is sit back and put our faith in Bob Iger and everyone at Disney.

Disney has done a fantastic job adapting throughout the years to please the main audience. Let us see if they can keep that going.
