It’s already looking to be a solid film, as not only is O’Connor involved, but the script is penned by the scribe behind Sicario, Taylor Sheridan. Apparently, he had originally been looked at direct, but a deal couldn’t be reached at the time.
Fast follows a former special forces commando who is recruited by the DEA to be in charge of a covert ops team who are targetting drug dealers. The twist? These drug dealers are being protected by the CIA. Originally, Chris Pratt was being looked at to star in the movie, but without Sheridan, it’s unknown if Pratt is still involved.
While the production date is unknown, we’ll be sure to give you updates as we know more.
