‘The Conjuring 3’ Director Announced

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”7543″ img_size=”800×450″ alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]Thanks to James Wan The Conjuring universe has been a huge hit. With Both Conjuring and The Conjuring Two. We now know who will be directing the third installment of The Conjuring and it isn’t James Wan. Michael Chaves will be directing this film he also just finished a another movie recently called The Curse of La Llorona that will be releasing in April 29, 2019.

During the interview James Wan talks about his relationship with Michael Chaves. He says,

“While working closely with Chaves on The Curse of La Llorona, I got to know him as a filmmaker,” said Wan. “Chaves’ ability to bring emotion to a story, and his understanding of mood and scares make him a perfect fit to direct the next Conjuring film.”

The fact that James Wan has worked with him before is the reason why I have one-hundred percent confidence with Conjuring 3.

David Leslie Johnson is writing the scrip for Conjuring 3. David has also helped with writing the script for The Conjuring 2 and also Aquaman. As of right now I am very hopeful with this film and believe it will do great in theaters.

James Wan backs up my positive attitude about this with this great comment.

“I’m excited to be back as producer and continue with Vera and Patrick on the next supernatural adventure of the Warrens.”

Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson are amazing together in these films some of the best chemistry in the horror genre, so having them back is perfect.

“I am a huge fan of the Conjuring films,” said Chaves. “The movies are the rare combination that deliver both tremendous heart and awesome scares. It is both a total thrill and absolute honor to be working with James and the gang at New Line again.”

The Conjurings films have been very successful in terms of people and critics liking them and box-office. With the next film I hope that this film will be better than the last, which will be hard, but I believe in everyone working on this film.

What do y’all think? Is Michael Chaves right for this or did you want James to keep directing the films? Comment below.
