[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”17555″ img_size=”696×435″ alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight Trilogy is coming to IMAX! Warner Bros. Pictures announced that it will bring all three films to the big screen again on March 30th, starting of course with Batman Begins. The event will occur at the Universal Cinema AMC at CityWalk Hollywood, California. During the break between The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises, Nolan will have a little Q&A with the audience, discussing the films.

Then on April 13th, the trilogy will screen at the AMC Lincoln Square theater in NYC and AMC Metreon in San Francisco. April 20th will feature the trilogy at the Cinesphere Ontario Place, Toronto, and IMAX Theatre at the Indiana State Museum, Indianapolis. These appearances will all feature Nolan’s live Q&A from the March 30th event. The five screenings will be shown in IMAX 70mm, which was Nolan’s preferred format – he had been the first filmmaker to shoot action sequences of a major movie with IMAX cameras when he shot The Dark Knight.

The President of domestic distribution at Warner Bros., Jeff Goldstein; stated:

“Christopher Nolan broke new ground with The Dark Knight Trilogy, and this is a rare chance for today’s audiences to experience these extraordinary films as they were meant to be seen. To have the added privilege of hearing Chris’s insights firsthand makes this a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.”

Fans can purchase tickets beginning on Wednesday, March 13th at 9 am PT, who will then receive a lanyard and a trilogy collectible. Are you excited to see this wonderful masterpiece of a trilogy up on the big screen again? Let us know!
