The Mandalorian cranked out two amazing seasons and there’s a third one on the horizon. Even though the show is doing incredibly well and has spawned many spinoffs, how long can it last? According to star Pedro Pascal:
“No idea, I have no idea. Because I think that quality is always gonna override quantity. So as long as it’s staying at this incredible standard to which it is at, it’s more a matter of that than anything else.”
While I am sure fans, such as I; would love for the show to continue going for years to come, we do always strive for great storytelling. The quality needs to be there. When the quality starts decreasing, this is when you start losing fans. Granted, The Mandalorian is backed by Dave Filoni and Jon Favreau – as long as those two guys keep delivering, I think we’ll have many seasons to look forward to.
