The Witcher is probably one of the best shows Netflix has to offer. Starring Henry Cavill, The Witcher is based off of novels and video games that has every fan excited for more. Even though everything is at a standstill due to the COVID-19 outbreak, showrunner Lauren S. Hissrich dropped some info about the next season during a Witcher Quarantine Watch Party. What did Hissrich tease? Well, it has to do with the villains – Cahir and Fringilla.
Hissrich expressed:
“I can’t wait to dig deeper into Cahir and Fringilla in S2… who they are, why Nilfgaard is important to them, and where they’ll go from here…. it’s one of my favorite parts of the new season. #QuarantineWatchParty #TheWitcher”
These villains are touched upon in season one, but they definitely need more fleshing out. If season two is anything like season one, it will surely confirm how well done this Netflix series is.
