We previously reported that SYFY was choosing to end Wynonna Earp after its current fourth season. The final six episodes will start up on Friday March 5th. Previous reports had said that the show was quietly renewed for a fifth season, but with budget issues, IDW issues, and COVID-19, it seems SYFY is deciding to end its popular series.
Star Melanie Scrofano expressed:
“I’m really proud of what we’ve accomplished over these four seasons and so excited to get to watch the second half of season 4 together. There will be tears but there will also be laughs. And crop tops. And family.”
