Warner Bros. Developing a Constantine Film for HBO Max; J.J. Abrams To Produce

Rumor alert! According to Murphy’s Multiverse, J.J. Abrams is set to produce an upcoming live-action Constantine movie for Warner Bros. Which, will air on HBO Max. And, to stoke the fires of curiosity, according to Murphy’s Multiverse, Warner Bros. may actually look to bring Keanu Reeves back for the titular role. This would be fifteen years after he first appeared as Constantine. With DC bringing Michael Keaton back as Batman, are the studios looking at the past to help their future?

This all comes after rumors that DC is developing a live-action Zatanna movie – making it seem that the studio is looking to create a Justice League Dark universe.

What do you think about this rumor? Would you like to see a Constantine movie? Better yet, would you like to see a movie with Reeves reprising his role? Reeves seems to be revisiting his old parts, such as with Bill & Ted and The Matrix. So, would we see him as John Constantine again? If not, who should play the part?
