What Did ‘Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker’ Reveal About Ahsoka’s fate?

Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker brought in a few callbacks that really hit the nostalgic heartstrings for many fans. One beloved character that fans were excited to see play out in the film was Ahsoka Tano. Though Ahsoka did not have a physical cameo in the money, her voice did. If you listen, she’s part of the Jedi supercut that Rey is hearing while she’s “powering up” essentially.

Fans will remember Ahsoka from the animated series The Clone Wars. Considering her voice is part of the Jedi that Rey is hearing, what does this mean for this beloved character? The Skywalker saga has ended, but perhaps there’s a possibility of Ahsoka popping up somewhere else? The Mandalorian, on Disney+; has been wildly successful. With the streaming service, we will be able to open up the Star Wars universe wider with an upcoming Cassian series and an Obi-Wan series.

Dave Fiolini posted this recently:

Jon Favreau expressed desire to explore other stories:

“I don’t want to talk about anything that might be fun for people to discover. We do have conversations. Part of what’s fun to see if we could merge the worlds of the original trilogy, the prequels, the sequels, [Star Wars:] The Clones Wars, and what’s been considered canon up to this point and what’s been considered part of Legends. I think this show offers an opportunity to bring in all those elements so no matter what your flavor of Star Wars ice cream you like there will be something to enjoy.”

Would you like to see Ahsoka in a live-action capacity?
