HBO Max is starting the new year strong with a packed January lineup that includes the return of acclaimed drama series, the long-awaited debut of a new chapter in the Game of Thrones universe, powerful HBO Original documentaries, and two high-profile A24 films. From hospital hallways and high-finance power plays to Westeros and real-world history, there’s no shortage of must-watch programming this month.

Season two of The Pitt continues its grounded, unfiltered look at modern healthcare through the lives of frontline workers at a Pittsburgh hospital. Balancing emotional storytelling with professional realism, the series explores the pressures, moral dilemmas, and personal sacrifices that define life inside the ER.

Cast includes: Noah Wyle, Patrick Ball, Katherine LaNasa, Supriya Ganesh, Fiona Dourif, Taylor Dearden, Isa Briones, Gerran Howell, Shabana Azeez, and Sepideh Moafi.

The series is created by R. Scott Gemmill and executive produced by John Wells, Noah Wyle, and the team behind some of television’s most enduring medical and character-driven dramas.

    Industry – Season 4

    Type: HBO Original Drama Series

Now firmly established at the top of their careers, Harper and Yasmin find themselves pulled into an international game of ambition and survival when a flashy fintech disruptor enters the London scene. Season four expands Industry beyond the trading floor, turning its sharp focus toward power, wealth, and the personal cost of always wanting more.

Cast includes: Myha’la, Marisa Abela, Kit Harington, Ken Leung, Max Minghella, Kiernan Shipka, Kal Penn, and more.

Created and executive produced by Mickey Down and Konrad Kay, Industry remains one of HBO’s most incisive looks at modern capitalism and personal ambition.
