Season four of Cobra Kai is about to start filming, only a month or so after season three hit Netflix. While we don’t have a lot of information, it seems that location is something we can report on.
According to the Illuminerdi, we may not see the expensive and luxurious looking home of the LaRusso family. This is due to the house going through the wringer after several Cobra Kai students (under John Kreese’s rule) trashed the place. While it may seem that it would be simple enough for Daniel LaRusso to refurnish, he may want to move entirely due to Kreese knowing his location. Ultimately, this sounds unfortunate. The house was really nice. And it’s succumbing to Kreese, but with a man like him, you never want to leave things to chance.
Why does the Illuminerdi think the LaRussos won’t return to their glorious home? Well, because the real-life owners of the house have put it up for sale. If the new owners aren’t feeling like working with Netflix (which, c’mon, they’re probably going to pay well) then the show may need a new location.
