Jason Statham was originally meant to star in The Man From Toronto with Kevin Hart, but Statham recently dropped out. This was only four to six weeks away from the upcoming movie’s start of production. So, they needed someone fast. Who will star alongside Hart?

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Woody Harrelson has just signed a deal to replace Statham. Harrelson recently was in Sony’s Zombieland 2 and wrapped up filming in Venom 2. The reasoning for Statham’s departure was due to the actor wanting an R-rated movie, whereas Sony wouldn’t budget with its PG-13, so the studio could appeal to a wider audience. It looks like Harrelson doesn’t mind the rating.

The Man from Toronto is expected to hit theaters on November 20th of this year.
