Xbox Games With Gold For November 2019

November is upon us! So you know what time it is. Like always there are 4 games with gold up for grabs, two for the Xbox One, one for the 360 and one throwbacks all the way from the original Xbox. You can grab your first two freebies on November 1st with the second two launching November 16th. Of course, all 4 can be played on your Xbox One system and are completely free for players with an active Xbox Live Gold or an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. Let’s take a look at what we’ve got with this month’s Xbox Games with Gold.

November 1st Xbox One – Sherlock Homes: The Devils Daughter

First up this month we have a game that blends action, intrigue, and exploration into one brain-twisting story wit Sherlock Holmes The Devils Daughter. Players will be stepping into the shoes of the world’s greatest detective as they explore the darkest corners of Victorian London all whilst trying to uncover the mystery of your own adopted daughter. Your own detective skills will really be put to the test here with observations and discoveries actually affecting the outcome of the game. Do you have what it takes to solve this mystery? It’s elementary my dear Watson…

Sherlock Holmes: The Devil’s daughter has a Metacritic score of 66 and a user score of 7.2. Check out the trailer below:

November 1st Xbox 360 – Star Wars Jedi Starfighter

For the Xbox 360 on November 1st, we have one of my favorite games from my childhood, Star Wars Jedi Starfighter. Unfortunately no longer cannon this game bridges the gap between Episode’s I and II. Count Dooku and the separatists and working on a new weapon to help them wage war on the Galactic Republic. You play as Jedi Master Adi Gallia, who is testing a new prototype ship, the Jedi Starfighter. After teaming up with a hot-headed pirate named Nym, the two must work togther to put a stop to the separatist plans. This really is a blast from the past original being released bac in 2002 for the Playstation 2 and Original Xbox. While this one might not look like much, shes got it where it counts kid, with solid gameplay for the time and a fairly interesting story which Star Wars nerds like myself will appreciate, even if its no longer canon.

Star Wars Jedi Starfighter has a Metacritic score of 78 and a user score of 4.8. Some obviously liked it more than others. I did actually manage to find the trailer for this game which you can watch down below, just ignore the PlayStation 2 logo.

November 16th Xbox One – The Final Station

On the Xbox One for November 16th, we have the side-scrolling, post-apocalyptic adventure of The Final Station. You are in charge of a locomotive, and with infected everywhere it’s your job to get your passengers to safety. The game is split up into two parts. Whilst on the train you have to take care of your passengers by healing and feeding them, plus you have to keep the train itself moving by completing small mini-games and earning upgrades. The aim is to keep moving until you reach the next station. Once there thats where the real action begins as you move through a side-scrolling level filled with infected. You must manage your resources, choosing whether to sue your limited ammo, try a melee attack or avoid the infected entirely to get through the station.

The Final Station has a Metacritic score of 720 and a user score of 6.2. Check out the trailer below:

November 16th Xbox 360 – Joy Ride Turbo

Finally, on November 16th we have Joy Ride Turbo for the Xbox 360. One for some of the younger players perhaps, this kart racing party game will see you racing around all sorts of wacky tracks pulling off stunts and tricks along the way. This colorful cartoon racer could be a good laugh with some friends, plus there’s a whole load of cars for you to unlock the more you play.

Joy Ride Turbo has a Metacritic score of 67 and a user score of 8.0. Check out the trailer below:

To redeem your titles simply head to the Gold section on your Xbox One, 360 or at Xbox.com/gameswithgold and your new titles should appear in the ready to install section. So, what are your thoughts on November’s Xbox Games with Gold lineup? The Final Station looks like it could be a pretty fun side scroller to waste some time on, and Star Wars Jedi Starfighter is a must-play for me. Let us know your thoughts down below or over on Twitter.
