America Chavez To Make MCU Debut in Doctor Strange 2?

The MCU continues to grow as it has been reported by The Illuminerdi that America Chavez, also known as Miss America, is set to make her debut.  The site reports that recent casting notes hint at the character being in the upcoming Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness film. Details from the casting notes say Marvel is looking for a teenage Hispanic female who will also serve as a supporting lead. Based on that it sounds like Chavez will have quite a role in the film.

While the casting notes could mean someone entirely different, The Illuminerdi points out that Marvel seems to be setting up the Young Avengers. Last week it was reported that Hulking would be making his MCU debut in WandaVision. WandaVision is set to take place before Doctor Strange 2 so it is possible we will see several members of the Young Avengers interact in the film.

For those not familiar with America, here is her bio fro Marvel.com

Viva Miss America, Protector of the Omniverse! Chavez hails from the Utopian Parallel, a lush, wonderland dimension once threatened with destruction. After both her parents died to save their world, America upheld their legacy as a Young Avenger and member of the Ultimates! Beyond super strength, flight and incredible one-liners, America can punch star-shaped holes through dimensions.
