For those that have seen The Witcher should all know that Yennefer’s character is the best-developed character in the series or at least one of the best for other viewers.
Comicbook.com had an interview with Anya Chalotra, and she talks about her character in The Witcher. This is what she had to say,
“The sacrifice she makes in episode three, in the transformation scene, to become the Yennefer we know from the books, to make that transformation, it’s huge, and I think that aspect of this Yennefer is one of my favorite parts,” Chalotra said. Because it was such a gift as an actor because it gave me such a drive and determination, and I had such a strong goal I suppose, in that. It was witnessing something so real and tragic.
For those that did watch that scene you understand the pain she that she felt in both physical and emotional state before this scene, at this point you know that Yennefer was done with everyone and wanted to get everything she wanted for herself and this is the biggest part what made me drawn to her even more so than Henry Cavill as Geralt.
