Not focusing on whatever A-lister is popular or an epic action sequence, movies that are made with lower budgets and smaller production companies have more of a freedom to highlight the storyline more than what’s going on in the background. Out of Frame is an independent movie produced by Eric Roper (executive content creator of Omnestream Entertainment) and directed by Joseph State. This forty-minute film was written by John Risner, as well as Roper and State. Out of Frame stars…

Black Mirror is one of those shows where every episode leaves you in complete disarray and unlike most movies and series where the outcome is predictable, Black Mirror is anything but. The fourth season hit Netflix on December 29, 2017 and we are patiently awaiting the fifth season. Before that though, it seems we are getting an actual Black Mirror movie, Bandersnatch. In the follow photo you can see that it’s expected to debut December 28th of this year. Bandersnatch is classified as a Netflix Film, which means it’ll most likely be a full-length feature-film, rather than just an episode.…

I would do anything to do Silver Surfer, because visually that would be just be…You could do…

There’s been several directors picked by fans for the third installment, Taika Waititi being a favorite; but it seems like Marvel Studios actually did approach someone for this film. Adam McKay, who director Anchorman and Vice; confirmed that he was approached by Kevin Feige about the possibility of not only doing GotG 3, but an Inhumans movie: “We’ve talked a little bit. Yeah. [vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”12093″ img_size=”620×320″ alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]We are currently in an era where all of our Disney classics are being reimagined into live-action reboots. From Aladdin to Dumbo, to Lion King (I know, not “live-action” per se), everything we grew up with in cartoon form is coming back for a new generation to enjoy. A lot of this has to do with Disney’s Film Production Chief, Sean Bailey, who sat down with The Hollywood Reporter to talk about some of the upcoming projects and their plans. “We want to continue taking swings at things that can, if we get them right, become new…

I don’t even like saying that it will be the last, but at this point, I think we are all so excited to see how this epic story concludes. Due to our excitement, it seems that, according to star Iain Glen; that the producers behind GoT are absolutely terrified of us finding out any spoilers before the latest season premieres. “They’re absolutely paranoid now about anyone finding out anything about the series and spoiling it. We weren’t allowed a written word on a page. Everything…

Ron Perlman will always have a place in our hearts as Hellboy and nothing can take that away from him. But, with new time comes new adaptations and David Harbour’s 2019 just released a trailer for the reboot. We’ve gotten, over time; pictures here and there, but now the first official trailer has hit, setting the tone of what we can expect with this new rendition. Based off a comic-book series, Hellboy (2004) and Hellboy II: The Golden Army, were both done by Guillermo del Toro and done in typical fashion by the director, who we all love. Perlman’s Hellboy…
[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”11808″ img_size=”900×450″ alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]From the jump, Joel Kinnaman was not going to reprise his role as Takeshi Kovacs for Altered Carbon’s second season. Why? Well, the universe that the series takes place within was originally created by author Richard K. Morgan. Within this world, taking place hundreds of years in the future, people live in “sleeves” aka bodies that are not theirs. Kinnaman’s body was just a “sleeve” for the character, who has gone through many skins throughout his few hundreds of years of existing. To maintain the premise and idea of the show, Kinnaman knew that being brought back…
When the EW cover of the upcoming Aladdin movie by Guy Ritchie dropped on social media, people had a lot to say. Not necessarily good though. Whereas the Lion King trailer received praise, this tease to the live-action version of a Disney classic animated film is not feeling the love. One of the biggest critiques? Will Smith as the Genie. The role was made famous by the late Robin Williams, who ad-lipped most of the lines, and James Monroe Iglehart for Broadway’s version of Aladdin. The biggest criticism, though; for Smith’s rendition seems to be the fact that he’s not…
