Could We See The Eternals In Captain Marvel or Avengers 4?

Not too long ago, we posted a breakdown of the characters to appear in Marvel’s upcoming Eternals film. While The Eternals isn’t coming to a theater near you until 2020, a recent Twitter user Daniel R from SuperBroMovies posted that we may see two characters sooner than we expected.

To reiterate, below are the character descriptions for Karen and Piper:

Karen will be someone who is in their early thirties and seemingly the studio is looking for any ethnicity, particularly Middle Eastern, African, and Native American. Karen will be a powerful, timeless quality, and a leader. Karen will be warm, nurturing, and by the way, can kick ass.

Piper will be a female anywhere between ten to sixteen years old of any nationality or ethnicity. Piper is described as a strong and charismatic person with a “magnetic” personality. Piper is wise beyond her young years and articulate, as well as quick-witted.

Considering we met the Maximoff twins at the end of Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Thanos at the end of Avengers, and Nick Fury at the end of the first Iron Man, it isn’t uncommon for the MCU to introduce us characters in the post-credit scenes. It would be pretty cool seeing them at the end of Avengers 4, especially in the aftermath of what is promised to be the most intense sh*t we’ve ever seen.

Captain Marvel hits theaters March 8, 2019 and Avengers 4 premiers May 3, 2019.
