Daredevil’s Showrunner Has Pitched a Fourth Season to Netflix

Iron Fist and Luke Cage bit the dust. While Iron Fist had put out a considerably better second season, the distaste people had for the show and Finn Jones’s Danny Rand was too much for people to look past. Despite Luke Cage seeming like a third season was guaranteed, the Mike Colter led series suffered the same fate. While people expected Iron Fist to not be brought back, Luke Cage was unexpected, therefore causing viewers to speculate every other Netflix Marvel show would suffer the same fate, especially with the Disney streaming service on the horizon.

Without an official confirmation if Daredevil is getting a fourth season, showrunner Erik Oleson has pitched a fourth season to Netflix. While this is promising, again; Luke Cage was sure to get a third season, with Cheo Coker having a script and all. But, Oleson’s tweet is enough to let us know that the show didn’t get the official hammer just yet.

I’m not being overdramatic when I saw Daredevil’s third season was the best out of the series and the most solid season in the Defenders-universe. If you haven’t watched it, you need to go now. I need to put the utmost praise to all of the actors, film crew, writers, and showrunner. Please let’s all hope that we get a fourth season of this wonderful show.
