Now that the merger is complete, the possibilities are there but according to Marvel head Kevin Feige, it will be some time before the X–Men and the Fantastic Four are incorporated into his grand scheme. However, that hasn’t stopped End Game co-writer Christopher Markus in an interview with the LA Times from speculating on what might be on the horizon.
It’ll be fascinating to see what Kevin Feige does with the properties he’s now getting from the Fox merger with X-Men and Fantastic Four. And to see what the MCU version of those things is, because I very much doubt it will be something that resembles what you’ve seen before. So that will be very exciting.
So while it might be slow in coming, it at least is a future development that will come to pass eventually. If past history is any indication, the results will be worth the wait. In the meantime, Marvel is hard at work developing new projects. Time will tell what they are.
