IT Director Talks About Upcoming ‘FLASH’ Film

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”28842″ img_size=”800×450″ alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]Director Andy Muschietti is currently out promoting the next and final chapter in his IT series of films and has found time to open up some about his next project…The Flash.  The Flash film is currently on its fourth announced director and fans hope Andy will stick around to deliver. Ezra Miller himself confirmed a few weeks ago that the Flash was happening and that he was still attached. WB has found some success with horror genre directors James Wan (Aquaman) and David Sandberg (Shazam) so they hope Andy will be third times a charm. Asked about the theme of the Flash, Andy said this about a potential horror element

“An element of horror? I don’t think so. What captivated me about the Flash is the human drama in it,” he said. “The human feelings and emotions that play in the drama [of it]. It’s going to be fun, too. I can’t promise that there will be any horror [elements in it], really, but it’s a beautiful human story.”

So there you have it…I guess. Sandberg and Wan both incorporated certain horror elements into their film but it seems Andy has something else special planned. More details about the Flash will come out soon hopefully once the press for IT has died down some. Stay tuned to Geek Vibes Nation for the latest.
