John Krasinski Hopes Marvel Considers Him For Mister Fantastic

At some point, Marvel will introduce a new version of the Fantastic Four into the MCU. Fans have fancast John Krasinski for the role of Mr. Fantastic, but could Kevin Feige actually bring the Jack Ryan/The Office/A Quiet Place star onboard? According to Krasinski, he would love to play the part:

“You’re like, ‘Do you have any interest in not shattering people’s dreams?’ I would love to be in the Marvel universe. I love those movies because they’re fun, but I also think they’re really well done. And certainly a lot of my friends are in those movies. I have no idea what [Marvel] are thinking. But if they are considering me for Mr. Fantastic, continue to consider me because I would love it.”

Not only was Krasinski asked about playing the iconic Marvel character, but was also asked if he’d ever direct a Marvel movie, considering he’s done such a great job with the A Quiet Place franchise:

“Oh man, directing one of those things? I don’t think I’m your guy. But if I was to act in one? I’d have so much fun.”
