The last time we saw Michael Myers he was standing in a locked cellar with fire all around him. But that was not going to stop the boogeyman. Halloween Kills will finally release in theaters this October, after being delayed a year thanks to COVID. Andi Matichak who stars as the new young hero of the series, Allyson, says Michael Myers will be out for revenge and his wrath will be taken to the next level.
“It is… a movie that I think fans will be very happy with. It’s big, and it’s bad, and it’s mean. And we see Michael… I think Laurie, Allyson and Karen pissed him off a little bit, by locking him in the basement, because his retaliation is next level.”
Director David Gordon Green and even John Carpenter himself have said the brutality and carnage will be dialed up in Halloween Kills. Green has said this movie will have twice the thrills and ten times the kills. Do not expect this to be cinema. This is going to be pure gore and horror at its absolute finest. Imagine a shark at a feeding, that is what I expect Halloween Kills to be like.

The movie is something else. It’s fun, intense and brutal, a slasher movie times one hundred, big time. It’s huge. I’ve never seen anything like this: the kill count!”
