Robert Pattinson had an interview and talks about his workout regimen, his relationship, and living in London, but in the article, we will focus on his workout for ‘The Batman‘.

(Here is the full thread)

Robert Pattinson had a recent interview with GQ, saying that he wasn’t working out. This was his quote,

“I think if you’re working out all the time, you’re part of the problem. You set a precedent. No one was doing this in the ’70s. Even James Dean – he wasn’t exactly ripped.”

Now Robert Pattinson talks about working out regime to become The Batman.

GYM – Getting abs, fast, has involved a regular five-minute cardio workout, then a circuit of bicycle crunches, dumbbell side bends, double crunches, and a superman – with three sets of 25 reps per move.

RUNNING – Pattinson will run 5-10km, three of four times per week

OUTDOORS – As well as hitting the gym, Pattinson has been doing military-style sandbag routines on the beach. He’s also boxing and has always been an advocate of long walks as a way of loosening up and freeing the mind.

DIET – The actor has cut down on alcohol and has stripped back on processed meat and fried foods as a way of accelerating his physical transformation.

The fans that hated his comment during the GQ interview should be happy and relieved about this news, it is true he won’t be as buff as Ben Affleck Batman, but he doesn’t need to be there have been many incarnations of Batman that are more ripped than buff. Anyway, what are your thought on this? let me know in the comments below.
