The Thunderbolts has been something shopped around and surmised to premiere in the MCU very soon. While some guesstimate that it’s the Black Widow movie that will introduce them, MCU Cosmic says that it will be The Falcon and The Winter soldier show that will introduce the group.
Considering the series on Disney+ will bring back Baron Zemo, who is one of the leaders of the team in the comics; it makes sense that this is where it will begin. Also, Black Widow does feature Taskmaster, so the MCU could be slowly building up their own version of the Thunderbolts. We’re running this as a rumor, but it will certainly be interesting to see what the MCU does going forward.
